Summary:
The Operations and Maintenance Relationship Manager is responsible for maintaining GoodLeap’s Relationship of installed photovoltaic and battery energy storage systems for Third Party Installed Systems. In this role, the Manager will collaborate with Third Party Owners, and our 3P Service Providers to rectify field installation issues and system integrity. They will report the management of a pipeline of open service tickets and efficiently follow-through-to-completion. The O&M organization will always keep the customer as the priority. Quick action and excellent communication are paramount to help preserve the customer experience during system downtime and/or required repairs.

- Previous solar industry experience preferred
